Home Owner Keeps Dwelling...

Updated: Feb 13, 2023

March has been a busy month and what better way to 'nearly' end the month than with an allowed appeal for a conversion which resulted in a new build, within the open countryside? A cost claim was never made however, we believe that the planning application subject to this appeal should never have been refused in the first instance as there were enough grounds to approve the scheme albeit that it was a departure from the Council's LP.

One happy client and a great start to the week #appealallowed #ablplanning #newbuild

APPROVED PLANNING APPLICATION

We received planning permission this month for a rear dormer window which sat above the ridge of a terraced dwelling house. A shout out to LK Architecture for the design and illustrative graphics that we were able to use to support the application to demonstrate that the increase in height above the ridge was deminimus.
