Planning Fees in Cheshire

We have a wealth of experience in handling planning applications in the Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester planning authorities. Our fees are structured using an hourly rate, and part thereof, although a fixed fee may be considered, depending on the project. This is determined on a case by case basis.

 

It's important for potential new clients to understand the fee structure and fees applicable to ABL Planning’s services before the commencement of any works.
 
As such, we will write to set out our proposed fee structure, specifying the cost of the works, together with the payment schedule and deposit details. ABL Planning’s terms and conditions will be included at this stage.
 
The planning application fees will remain as per the fee structure provided, unless work exceeds the original scope or changes as the project evolves. In this instance, ABL Planning reserves the right to revisit the originally proposed fee structure.
 
Cheshire East planning fees, Cheshire West and Chester planning fees are not included in our proposed fee structure. These will need to be paid separately prior to the submission of a planning application in Cheshire being submitted. It needs to be paid directly to the Local Planning Authority portal.

We work alongside external technical consultants for certain planning applications.  Their fees will be paid to them directly.

As we are regulated by the Royal Town Planning Institute, we're required to enter a formal written agreement with you prior to commencing any work. This is in line with the RTPI’s Code of Conduct and protects the interests of both parties. It is a legally binding agreement and sets out the terms and conditions of the work and the scope of work the commission entails.
